I have been diagnosed with breast cancer. I am scared to death but will fight this with every part of my being. I always wanted to be a writer. I think this is a good time to start writing. Thanks Vanessa, you have been a writing inspiration to me.
I am hoping that this blog will not only help me get my feelings out there but will also keep you informed. I am forgetting who I have told what to and this will make it easier.......no that's not the cancer, that's being old!!!

Another one bites the dust.....
Nine to go. Went quickly today.
Next week I get to talk to doctor. Need to get some answers about what's going on (or shall I say what's NOT going on) so I look forward to that.
I'm so glad to hear that this treatment was quicker than the last, which was quicker than the first. From that small pattern I'm going to declare that each of the remaining treatments will be easier than the one before it, and by the time you get to the end of this round your patience, courage and stick-to-it-iveness will pay off for you!
