I have been diagnosed with breast cancer. I am scared to death but will fight this with every part of my being. I always wanted to be a writer. I think this is a good time to start writing. Thanks Vanessa, you have been a writing inspiration to me.
I am hoping that this blog will not only help me get my feelings out there but will also keep you informed. I am forgetting who I have told what to and this will make it easier.......no that's not the cancer, that's being old!!!

Bosom buddies
Lynn is going home to her family today. She thought this is a beautiful picture of us.....I'm not so sure of that.
I will miss her but I think her family wants her back. It's been nice to have company, a distraction, a sounding board.
It is a wonderful, meaningful picture of the 2 of you girls!!! What a treasure you have in Lynn! Everyone should be so lucky as to have a friendship like you 2 have! Rosey
You DO NOT look ugly bald! You look very pretty & I am not just saying that! I cannot believe I forgot to write to you yesterday....I am sooo fired! Anywho, Lynn is such a beautiful person inside and out! You are lucky, BUT so is she to have you! Whether Lynn is near or far, you know you can count on her.
